Description

I haven't drawn Jade in ages so I wanted to do a kind of picture I did before like my last two.

This is the second one, this is Jade's world in ruins just like Lila's.

This picture has lots of potential to be something with impact!
So here are a few things:
The subject of the picture is a little tough to follow. What in her world has been destroyed? Should the viewer have to follow the picture in the Artist Comments to understand? Ask yourself these things when you do something like this.
I like the shading for her clothing, but her coat lacks little details at the pockets and other places. You can tell where the coat is folding in some places, but shading the inside of the folds a little darker helps give her coat more depth instead of being a flat shaded area. The inside should have a darker shading because there is no light underneath her to give her the same amount of shadow that.
Is she meant to have curves as well, or is she flat? The shape of her coat makes it hard to tell if its clingy or tight.
Her arms are also very short for a body so long. Her torso seems a little disproportionate to her waist. There are a few tutorials that I've used in the past to help with that found in a group called Manga Apps. :3
(Last thing I promise!) If the sky is burning from red to orange, the area that is the brightest orange would be your light source, but there is light reflecting from the back of her head, and the front of her jacket when it looks like it's darker behind her. You had the right idea with the shading at her pant-legs and bottom area of her coat! Follow that! The shadow is underneath her when the light source is angled!
This picture can be something great! Good luck to you! I hope I was a little helpful! D:
